Questions
How do I send my CV?
After you pay, you'll see a page with the email address to send it to. Attach your CV as PDF or Word, and if you can, paste the job ad or the type of job you're applying for.
Who reviews my CV?
A person, not software. Every review is done by hand by the person who built CVTidy, using the same ATS rules the builder follows.
How long does it take?
A CV Review comes back within 48 hours and a CV Rewrite within 3 working days, counted from when we receive your CV.
What if I'm not happy?
Reply within 7 days of receiving your review and tell us what's missing. We'll put it right, or refund you in full.
What happens to my CV afterwards?
We use it only to do your review. We delete your CV and our notes 30 days after delivery, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Do you guarantee I'll get an interview?
No one honestly can. We make sure your CV is readable by applicant tracking systems and shows your experience clearly, which gives you a much better chance.
